Loving Shepherd Lutheran School offers a loving, Christ-centered elementary education for children in preschool through 8th grade.  The curriculum stresses academic excellence and concern for the individual child in preparing children for successful high school work.  Since our mission is to make students disciples of Christ, all subjects are taught in the light of God's Word.  Subject areas include the following: 

Religion (Bible history, catechism, memory work, and hymn study)

Language Arts (English, reading, phonics, spelling, and handwriting)

Sciences (General science, health, geography, history, current events, and computer literacy)

Mathematics (Elementary mathematics through high school algebra)

Physical Education (Physical fitness, organized games, and interscholastic sports)

The Arts (School art, school music, and choir)

Co-curricular Activities (Spelling contests, math track, forensics, science fair, art fair, and social studies fair)
